We're looking for an experienced Site Supervisor who takes pride in leading people, running an organized site, and delivering beautiful work. The Role
As Site Supervisor, you'll manage the day-to-day operations of the job site, directing CVC crews and coordinating sub-trades to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to an above-industry standard.
You'll work closely with the Project Manager to keep projects on schedule and aligned with budget, while maintaining a clean, professional, and welcoming site environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations on site, keeping projects organized, productive, and running smoothly
- Direct CVC crews and coordinate sub-trades to ensure work flows efficiently and meets quality standards
- Work closely with the Project Manager to support schedule, budget awareness, and overall project delivery
- Plan work ahead, clearly communicating priorities, sequencing, and expectations to crews and trades
- Identify potential issues or scope changes early and communicate them proactively
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional job site that reflects CVC's standards
- Ensure safety practices are followed, hazards are addressed, and PPE is used properly
- Uphold exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail throughout all phases of construction
- Provide daily progress updates and photos to keep the team informed and aligned
- Coordinate materials, site logistics, and trade readiness with internal support teams
- Represent CVC professionally with clients, consultants, inspectors, suppliers, and neighbors
- Support and mentor crew members, sharing knowledge and encouraging continuous improvement
